Explanation of Performance
Our employee population is diverse, as is the City. In FY18, the City of West Palm Beach is a minority majority workplace. This diversity continues to be one of our strengths as we provide services to our residents, business and visitors. We are always working to ensure our workforce is representative of our City, and our recruitment program continues to focus on ensuring that all residents have an opportunity to work for our City and that the workforce reflects the rich diversity of the community we serve.
